I was changing the battery in an old thermostat, and dropped it. It had a touchscreen and the liquid crystal in the display lost containment. Thermostat was now useless. I couldn't find the replacement anywhere and Primo had an old part laying around. He just gave it to me if I went in to pick it up. Furnace still circulating air and heating. Thank-you! Best reliable and professional services. We connected gas to the existing fireplace. They scheduled the appointment, sent me the reminder before the appointment. Came in and fixed the issue sooner and sent me invoice. Pretty awesome job. Few days back, there was black sooth forming inside the fireplace, I informed them, they came with urgent, diagnosed and fixed the problem for free - this is taking 100% responsibility! Awesome job!
