Luisa was excellent. She walked us through our needs and showed us options that would work with what we had to store. She was not pushy in the sales aspect but rather helped us through finding the right storage for our budget. The place is really clean and Luisa showed us how safe and secure our possessions will be. The crew at Pockit Storage are awesome! They are a pleasure to do biz with. The facility is clean omg clean and sanitary! Looks and smells so fab there it's great! The ladies there take pride in their establishment and do an excellent job of keeping our precious personal items safe as well as their customer! Pockit storage is a place I highly recommend to anyone who is need of storing their goods! They are reasonably priced and the ladies are super helpful and welcoming they make sure you feel comfy leaving your stuff in their hands...and they're super fun too 5 stars to Pockit!
The first reason I picked Pocket Self Storage is because it was the cheapest I could find . I did the research because I'm a single parent So I really need to find something that worked with my budget. I was worried that the price might be reflected in the place and customer service but it wasn't. I was so happy how cleaned and organized it is and the great customer service made it a 5 star situation for me. I feel very content with my personal belongings there and it's definitely worth the 20 minute drive . Thank you ️
