I was helped by a sales associate at the front counter by Laura. I had the best experience I've ever had at checkout! We shared so many laughs, she made me feel so welcome, and like I was the only customer in the store! Laura please know by having these special interactions with the customers you absolutely make their day, and that has a ripple effect on those around them. By you taking the time to make someone's day, they in turn make others' days, all because of your efforts!!! Thanks for all you do, and I'll certainly be back!

Very disappointed, I bought a pair of boots that I believed was made of leather as I asked help to find them only to find out the first time I weared them that they were not leather because my feet were always cold . I travel in the northern towns in BC and with winter I needed to keep my feet warm, leather boots is the best choice.I went back to the store and I wanted a refund, but the manager at the counter said with their policy they can take backers used shoes, I said I only weared them once and they were not leather and she told me they were nubuck, I had no idea what was nubuk as English is not my first language and I am senior too. I told her I was disappointed they were not winter boots, she looked at me and said it was my responsibility to make sure what I was buying and they were not winter boots but fashion boots and Timberlands too and very expensive, she didn't take them back and she didn't even offer to exchange them with real leather boots. It was my fault if I believed the salesman and didn't check the label on the box as inside the boots the label says leather and fabric. I bought a lot of shoes, working boots, jackets, pants for my husband at Marks and I spend for my job a lot of money with the Canadian tire master card , I am very disappointed with this service, the sales person who directed me to this fake leather boots works in Burnaby store grandview and the other Manager who refused to refund me the money works in Langley bypass store . They just lost a customer.
I was greeted promptly, a sales associate quickly asked if I needed help within a minute, got what I was looking for and was kind throughout the entire time. It is also good to see COVID cleaning strictly followed.
I was super happy with my experience there today. They have a big 25% off sale right now, which was awesome!
Huge store with lots of selection. Regular pricing which can be high, then again what work store is not. Stay could be a little more helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like the old store was much more helpful and knew more about the products they were selling. All in all a good place to shop.
