First time using this company in May when they reopened after covid and boy did I need them! The owner was excellent in communicating with when to expect the cleaners and they arrived on time. They found out what I wanted for my service and got straight to work! Fast and efficient and very satisfied. Will be using them again.

Affordable. But common things weren't done, so I gave them a second chance and things were still missed (ie, dusting, making the bed) I understand they have a return program but I decided not to bother. One (or both) of the girls smoked, even though she didn't smoke in my house obviously, it still smelled left the smell of cigarettes in my house. However, I saw one smoking by their company vehicle outside my apartment.
It most certainly was not a fake review, but since it was some time ago my ex wife and I used the service, it would be unfair to rate a one star. However the punctuality and professionalism were not at all good. I hope in the future you can seek resolution through discussion and not threats. I've asked my friend to remove the review on my behalf.
I have been using this company for a few years and they have always been great (coming home from work after they have been to my house is the best day ever). I missed them so much during there closer with Covid and have never been happier to see them back.
They fit me in last minute, they did a great job and I got all my damage deposit back ! And my bill was less then expected.
