The store overall and most of the staff are super friendly people. Great space. If I were to give a critique, it would be on the employee Jen. It’s unfortunate watching an employee talk to customers the way I heard her talking to my friend. (Treating them with little respect or kind service). If you can avoid that, you should.. don’t let that stop you from your lordco experience though. Great store

Great service and friendly knowledgable staff. Their prices are very reasonable compared to Canadian tire for auto parts. I was able to return an unused items still in the box with the receipt several months later, no questions asked. Will definitely keep going back.
I wasn't so much impressed by the incredible service or the dedication to protecting staff and customers from covid-19; but rather Lordco's ability to find me a rare and unique part in hours (and not days or weeks or at all, as the competition did.. Or did not). Not only did they find me what I was looking for; but when the price was alarmingly high; they corrected it to what would have been competitive had i been willing to wait months for the part to arrive from an online order. I wasted time shopping around when my first instinct was right. Save yourself that time and just get your part here!
Probably the most expensive place to get parts. If you can go anywhere else do it. Was looking for a wheel bearing for a 98 jimmy. They wanted 300 when I got one for 128.00 from NAPA
