I found a used guitar for sale at this location. I phoned them up and spoke with Colton who was kind and courteous, and did an excellent job describing the exact condition of the guitar. He even offered to send pictures of anything that seemed subjective. The pictures he sent were clear and helped me make the decision. They had it packed up and shipped out EXTREMELY quickly and when I received it (the next day!) the guitar was exactly what I expected. I really cannot ask for any more. Nice job guys!
