I find it rather interesting that my negative review as well as one from another customer seem to have been removed from here. Not sure how that happened. No problem. I will submit another one and will keep an eye on it. I went for the first time for a cut. Had a picture of what I wanted. Told them when I called in that I needed someone good at layering. Wanted a short cut with a tapered/layered back. Walked out with not a single layer, an uneven, blunt shoulder length cut with wispy pieces that were missed in the cut. It was as far away from what I asked for as it could be. And this was done by am employee. She had been trained there though. The supervisor behaved like I wasn't even their even though there was only the three of us in the shop. Worse haircut and salon experience I have ever had. I actually cried. And i dont cry easily. I would not ever go back even if they offered it for free. Run away people. Runaway.

I've been here twice now and it's been a great experience each time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and take their time to provide advice. I've had my hair cut and coloured here and have been very satisfied with the results and the price! Will definitely be back!
