I went here to pick up a UPS package but to my surprise this place also has lots of hard to find Mexican food items like tostadas and canned hominy. There is a Mexican restaurant next door that I will be checking out, too. This little plaza might turn out to be a hidden gem!

I went to pick up a Purolator package this morning. When I looked GN Market up online it said it was open at 9am. I was there at 10 and no one was there, doors were locked. I went next door and the fellow said they're always late. I called, no answer. Called again about 10:45 and the guy said his truck broke down. Among the chaotic look of the place were packages strewn all over the counters, floors and cupboards. It looked like there was no organization of packages at all. The place itself was a mess and the staff person was dressed in sweats and looked as professional as his business. If this is where Purolator wants to be associated with, they're obviously not caring about their customers! Highly NOT recommended. I had to give 1 star though, because the guy actually did have the package (buried somewhere).

Had a UPS package sent here since I wasn't home to sign for it. Showed up just before opening at 10:00 on a Thursday morning, no lights on and doors locked. Waited until 10:20, tried calling the store phone number but no answer. No sign explaining late opening, no hours change posted on the store window, no explanation or reasoning why I couldn't pick up my package. I'll be paying extra next time to avoid dealing with UPS or GN Market. Worth the to avoid the hassle and wasted time.
