Very very disappointed with the customer service here. We came back for a 2nd viewing with the intention of buying a trailer. We had an 11:00 appointment with the Sales Rep. We showed up on time but after 15 minutes of waiting, we found out that he had taken on other clients to tour around. We were told we could view the unit we were interested in alone, walked out in the rain to the unit only to find it locked up. Waited another 15 before he unlocked it and left us again. Didn’t see him, or anyone, after that. We are absolutely taking our business elsewhere and will tell anyone who asks to avoid this place. For a place that says they are proud of their customer service, this was absolutely disgusting.

One star is too generous for this place. Don't deal with this company and their \Customer Experience Manager\ Erika. During our conversation, Erika definitely made us feel so unwelcome to the company by talking down to us. Very unprofessional, very rude and a very unpleasant experience. Word of advice, no human being needs to deal with the rudeness of this manager. If this company has any integrity they would re-look at this so called manager representing their company. I would stay away from this Abbotsford location and others. There many other RV dealers to go to in town. No need to listen to their made up arguments and to \justify\ their side of the story. Stay very far away!!

Not impressed at all!!! We have been trying to get someone from the Abbotsford location to contact us via email now for over a week with regards to some questions we had on awning replacement quotes and painting quotes. This is our 3rd time trying to use their \CONTACT US\ option with no response. We also tried to set up an appointment for service (using the set up service option) on the website with no response. We've also had some poor service in the parts department. We inquired about a part their immediate response was o it doesn't come in that size in all my 20 years of working I've never seen that\. We even gave them a copy of the original RV spec drawings where it did show that it came in the size we inquired about... we were told he would pass it along to another co-worker who specialized in special orders... we then waited and waited and they didn't contact us \We had to follow up with them rather than them call us back\ to find out that their response was no such part exists. We then just googled the size of part we wanted , found it and had it shipped right to our door in 3 days and didn't cost us an arm and a leg. So if I had to give the place a review...I'd say people at the cashier in parts are super friendly and eager to help... the one's behind the counters not so much. Guess we'll start looking at other places that can help out with our painting and awning concerns.
