My appointment was on time. Hailey the assistant was very kind, gentle and has a nice personality. The Dr was polite, direct and thorough. He shared with me all of the information about my situation but there was no pressure sales. \Here's what you need and how much would you like to do at this time?\ The girls up front are also very efficient at their job, and were kind. They all helped me to have a pleasant experience while in a chair I'd rather not be in!

I had to have surgery to have a piece of dense bone removed from my jaw, up until the day of my surgery I was super worried & anxious... I went to see Dr Dahlman for my consult the wed & was booked for surgery friday afternoon. His sense of humor made me feel less anxious & super comfortable... I woke up from the anaesthetic in very little pain... He was super fast an efficient & his team were all super pleasant and helpful... They made me feel super comfortable when I walked in super anxious & a nervous wreck.
