Bought a brand new Toro lawnmower and in less than a month the rear trailing Shield has started to separate. Foreshore technician was extremely rude and basically tried to blame me for it separating. Almost a 1000 dollar mower sale and this is how they treat the customer. Pathetic customer service, spend your money elsewhere. I have contacted Toro head office about this situation.
Calling all outdoor workers and climbers!! Foreshore Equipment in Abbotsford is amazing!! They operate/communicate smoothly as a team, staff is extremely knowledgeable. These guys know what they're doing and they most certainly aim to please. Customer service is top notch!
