Let’s be honest here-car dealerships are not always synonymous with integrity, fairness and pleasant experiences. I went with my brother to see Tom to check out a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. He had shopped around and on the phone, Tom was incredibly to-the-point and direct. Refreshing! He had said, “I think Tom might be the guy because he was knowledgeable and seemed honest”. My brother stated he’d like to buy from a salesman he ‘liked’. Tom was super busy, but made us feel welcomed. He ran around and was thorough and worked hard and never felt pushy. Every detail was answered. We left with the Jeep after several hours. Great deal without the BS. Efficient, fair, real talk, so appreciated. We will be driving from downtown Vancouver to deal with Tom for upgrades, and anything we need. Worth the drive! Recommending to friends, as well. Truly amazing experience, from this skeptical lady. Tom you ROCK, thank you Abbotsford Jeep!!! You know your stuff!!!

Bought my 2021 Jeep Rubicon from Josh back in June of 2020, took delivery in Oct 2020. The whole process was so smooth and it was so great to buy a Jeep from people who love and know Jeeps. My experience was wonderful! Looking to buy yet not sure which make or model. Jesse came out to introduce himself. Super friendly, not pushy and excellent customer service. He really made sure I got to test drive different cars, even though I was just looking for now. He will sell me my car when I find it just by the way he treated me today.
