There's a reason this chiro/physio centre is a solid 5 stars across the board - they do everything in their power to go above and beyond in terms of caring for the people who come their way! Had to go in at 7.5 months pregnant for a slipped rib, and they were awesome! They book in record time, and do everything in their power to meet your needs. Both the front desk and Dr. Luu are compassionate and helpful, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

I haven't had a chance to use their chiropractic services yet; however, physiotherapist An is absolutely amazing! An is incredibly patient and does a great job listening to you to better understand the problems you're experiencing. Her insight and level of knowledge is evident through her recommendations, therapeutic interventions and her patient-friendly explanations. She works together with you to create an exercise and/or rehab plan tailored to your needs. This is especially important because one or two physio sessions per week won't get you where you want to be - you absolutely need to put the work in outside of the clinic. An is highly skilled and well-informed on new and current therapies and research. She created a great strengthening and stretching plan for me and it's doing wonders for a gait problem I've had for a few years. At the end of the day, if you're willing to put the work in at home (do your exercises!) - physio An is the best person for the job! Also would like to mention that the front office staff are nothing short of wonderful. Always very kind and patient. The clinic itself is also remarkably clean and well-maintained.

Highly recommend this location. I was seeing Dr. Luu for Chiro and is great. I also see Dr. Harris for physio who has also been very supportive. Grateful for the support with a very challenging recovery.
