We can't say enough good things about Alistair and Amanda. 1.5 years ago they refurbished our near new Coast Spa - which we acquired with our new home. Unfortunately, the tub was discovered to have 10 leaks and mummified rodents buried in the spray foam - won't plan to buy a Coast Spa again. They coordinated craning the tub out, making all necessary repairs off-site, and then craning the tub back into our backyard. That was as good an experience you could ask for, on a nearly new tub with inherited problems. But the full five star experience has been since then, when Alistair has continued to support us with the ongoing bugs and fixes that have been necessary on our Coast Spa. He has earned our trust time and time again and has acted with nothing but integrity. So happy to have discovered Alistair and Amanda.

Long and very honest review alert! Like many people out there, I bought myself a used hot tub, not knowing really anything about what / if anything was wrong with it. The experience to get it to my house or to be looked at was traumatic- to say the least. I went on my neighborhood Facebook page and without a doubt, All Spa Repairs and Hot Tub shop was the one with the most positive feedback through customer reviews. From the day I phoned, Amanda was so fantastic and efficient in scheduling my appointment. I felt so reassured and felt my heavy burden lifted instantly. My tub needed quite a few repairs and they were super efficient in communication right down to the time they would come and grab the tub to take it to their shop. Fast forward to today- to say my tub had issues is an understatement. They worked on it and did way more than I ever could have imagined and paid for- without charging me a dime more. I got my tub on Friday and I have to say, it is the most gorgeous tub I have ever seen. Service with a smile always, never felt stupid when I asked any questions and have all the information I need for me and my family to enjoy and make beautiful memories. My tub is 10/10 and my experience through it was the best I have ever had - a five star isn't good enough :) . Without a doubt, I recommend this business wholeheartedly and will only go here for any hot tub needs in the future. Thank you Amanda and Alistair.. you are DIAMONDS!
Amanda and Alistair are amazing to work with! Their shop was our first (and only) stop. Amanda asked us all the right questions to figure out what we were looking for, then took us in to see the hot tubs. She then answered all our questions (trust me, I had ALOT) and by the end of the night my husband and I had decided we were buying that tub! I emailed the next day (it was Saturday, they were closed for the weekend) and asked Amanda to please contact me Monday so we could proceed with the site visit. Alistair called me back right away and was at our home that afternoon. He talked us through the pros and cons of having the hot tub on the patio VS the ground, told us what reinforcements would be required for each, then he checked our electrical and provided direction on that too. Few easy phone calls back and forth and 2 weeks later the hot tub arrived. The delivery and set up went just as smooth. They took great care with our freshly (though still in progress) painted deck, and even helped us move our pergola back into place. Alistair took his time explaining the chemicals (making sure to again answer all my questions!) and when they left if was like they were never there. Though I don't see us needing another hot tub soon, I will definitely be sending friends and family their way!
You've probably read reviews of people being great, products being great etc-but you've never read a review like this one. We were desperately tying to locate a quality, in stock hot tub for my wife's rehab following a scheduled surgery. The border was closed due to Covid , there wasn't a hot tub available any where, and now my wife's' surgery was five days away. Enter Allstair, Amanda and The Hot Tub Shop. Amanda located a tub, as well as researching and executing all the paper work to import the tub into the US. The day Allstair and Amanda received payment the tub was at the freight forwarders awaiting customs clearance. Three days later the tub was delivered to our home in the U.S. The process was easy, expeditious and the product far exceeded expectations. Did I mention that Amanda and Allstair performed this miracle just days before they were scheduled to leave on Holiday? We have never had the pleasure of meeting Amanda,Allstair and the crew at the Hot Tub Shop but after our experience we would never buy a Hot Tub from anyone else. They are the best and their product speaks for itself.
We had a great experience getting our hot tub refurbished and restored from All Spa Repairs. Our tub (that was here when we moved in) was an old Coast Spas tub probably about 10 years old, was not working at all, and had many leaks. Alistair and Amanda did a great job on the tub to make it just like new - replaced all the jets, put in new pumps, replaced the insulation and the paneling, added a new cover, etc. And Alistair even came in a few times after the hot tub delivery to ensure it was all good and to add some plastic washers to the pillows. We love our hot tub now and we received nothing but excellent service from this local family business. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them!
