My experience as a staff member at A and D, for the past 3 years has been amazing! The staff at A and D are the picture of professionalism and kindness, while working hard everyday to make the centre a better environment for both the parents and children. To express in words how incredibly grateful I am for my wonderful co-workers and the parents at A and D is extremely difficult, but what I can say is that you will never meet a better group of people. When looking for a childcare centre everyone expects something different, what I can guarantee about A and D is that there is no place quite like it. The quality and knowledge of the staff, as well as the incredible director, Kristen, sets A and D apart from the rest. A and D has provided me and many others with the opportunity and ability to provide the best care possible for any child. Whether you are looking for a job, or a place to bring your children, this by far the best childcare centre in the area. Thanks A and D!

I have been working at A & D Child Care Centre and Out of School Care for almost 16 years. I have never worked at a place that is as amazing as this Child Care facility. The owner is like family and runs an amazing program. The atmosphere of the facility is by far the best I have ever worked in. As a staff member you are treated like a professional and you are recognized by the work you do. The children are always happy and engaged in activities that are based off of their interests. Staff are also shown appreciation on a regular basis and love coming to work. Thank you Gillian for an amazing 15 years and I can’t wait to see what the future brings.
It has been such a great experience having my daughter attend A D. As a first time mom I felt very anxious about leaving my little girl with anyone, but the staff here really helped with the transition for both of us and were extremely supportive. We have been so happy with the level of care, the consistency and clarity of communication between staff and parents and the overall atmosphere of the centre. When we drop our daughter off we know she is getting excellent care. Looking forward to having both of our daughters attend in the future. Hands down would recommend!
I started working at A&D just over a month ago and I absolutely love it. The staff were very warm and welcoming when I started. It is a very positive atmosphere and I love coming to work every day.
A&D has been incredible during the Covid pandemic. They have been excellent communicators and extremely supportive of their staff which is so important to ensuring continuity of care. They have also created fair, evidence based policies to ensure staff and kids are taken care of and are as safe as possible. As always they have been very responsive to any questions or concerns. I really appreciate them taking such good care of our kids in really difficult times. Thank you so much!
