Went in last year with my business acer all in one desktop for a quick diagnosis. I knew it was the hard drive as it was failing. I was told my computer no longer worked so I then went to pick it up the next day and no record of me even coming in or my computer. These guys stole my computer as far as I'm concerned

Two words you don't want to hear......factory re-set. Somehow that's what my computer did, causing me to lose EVERYTHING.... all of my documents and pictures!! Although I had an external hard drive to back up my photos, it wasn't updated so was missing many of the recent ones. I called 310 Geek and Andrew came to my home and determined he would need to take it back to the shop to work on it. Andrew followed up with me throughout the process to keep me updated and to see what specific things were most important. Although I haven't had a chance to look through it all and organize, it does look like my most important files and pictures were located and I'm confident that I will have everything else I need. Whew! Andrew was professional and knowledgeable and as always, 310 Geek does good work. Thank you Andrew!!

My family business is 90 years in business this year and to give some context the last time we updated our hardware and IT solutions was when Windows XP became obsolete and we were forced to upgrade to Windows 7. Windows 7 was now becoming obsolete and we were forced to upgrade to Windows 10. Am I ever glad I was referred to 310-GEEK by some fellow business owners who spoke very highly of them. 310-GEEK did a complete over haul of our hardware, software and back up capabilities to the cloud. Some of these solutions were difficult as it was integrating some older technology into the new but this was all done in a timely and cost effective manor. The work that was done was flawless, the pricing very fair and the customer service/follow up support received was top notch from both Dave/Andrew. I can't say enough great things about this company, they helped transition my family business that is resistant to change at times into present day technology with great care and attention.
