I have been living here since Dec. 2017. Overall, my experience has been positive. The building is kept very clean by your wonderful cleaning staff, Roselyn, who goes above and beyond to help in any way she can and has been very helpful with any questions that, I as a new tenant, have asked her as there is no on-site superintendent. So far, all the tenants in this building have been pleasant and it a very quiet building which I appreciate. It is also great that this is a pet-friendly environment so no one has to give up their pets to live here. They (the pets) all seem very well behaved and the owners don't seem to mind if you want to pet them which is nice.
Well kept building. Excellent location. Very quiet and friendly neighbours. Friendly and cheerful cleaner (Donna) and handyman (Rob) do a awesome job. I get compliments from visiting friends and family on the cleanliness of the building. Keep up the Good work!!!!!
I am a tenant of your 157 Pearl St. South Hamilton, Ontario building. I wish to tell management of the superb service I receive from Shelley but particularly during my recent absence. I had a sudden opportunity to visit eastern Canada as of Sept 1st for a month. I had a friend who came weekly to check my apartment but I didn’t have time to notify Canada Post to stop my mail. Shelley said she would be glad to hold my mail in her cleaning room. When I got back this morning she had all my mail ready for me and would not accept money or a gift in thanks. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen Shelley go beyond the norm. Please add your appreciation of her work to mine.
Love this place the cleaner Donna is very good at keeping everyone happy and the place sparkles with cleanliness. Great job . We cant have things running good without Rob the maintenance man . He keeps the place running smooth . We have no complaints. Nice people , very nice building
